The bases are available in two contents, Platinum Ice 54mg/ml and Titanium Ice 72mg/ml and two bases VG (vegetable glycerin) and PG (propylene glycol). Depending on your budget and your desire, the mix that you will make will be based on the best base solution for you.

The easiest measure to decide which base you have to aquire is to know that VG provides the vapour and PG provides the throat hit. Most pre-mixed liquids are 60% PG and 40% VG. For example if you like clouds of vapour and not much throat hit you would choose a VG base and VG diluent, if you wanted more of a throat hit you would add more PG and reduce the VG.
