By ordering a product you are agreeing to our terms and conditions regarding the customs regulations and laws of each country, which is as follows:

You are aware of the laws and regulations of your country. We are not able to track every customs regulation in every country and the laws that follow, which change very frequently. In case the item you are about to order is either banned or is considered dangerous, or else, in your country, you are fully aware of the risk you are taking by placing your order. Your item might be withheld, confiscated or destroyed depending on your countries laws and customs regulations.

In case of an item being withheld, if there are papers that our company (Vapeland) can provide, then we shall provide them speedily, so the item can be released. The time needed for an item to be released from customs can vary, from a couple of days up to a month.

In case of an item being confiscated or destroyed, the customer is under no obligation to request a refund. The item cannot be refunded if it is not on its way back or hasn't arrived back to our storage.

If the item can be returned to our company, we will gladly refund your payment, excluding the shipping expenses.

Under NO circumstance Vapeland is to be held responsible for an item either being withheld, confiscated or destroyed in your country’s customs. You should be fully aware of your country’s regulations and customs laws before you place your order, and if you do, you are ordering the item based on your knowledge of the risks that follow.

Warranties of electronic cigarette and accessories :

• Atomizers : Warranty against receipt (DOA).
• Batteries: 3 months from the date of purchase .
• Chargers: 3 months from the date of purchase .

The returns of defective parts , replacement and task, burden our company if they are within the period of warranty.
Returns without a receipt the invoice will not be accepted.

To begin the process of return , you must contact our company by phone and let us know about the problem.

Parts that are in poor condition ( beaten , mangled , etc. ) will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.
