In case of an item being confiscated or destroyed, the customer is under no obligation to request a refund. The item cannot be refunded if it is not on its way back or hasn't arrived back to our storage.

If the item can be returned to our company, we will gladly refund your payment, excluding the shipping expenses.

Under NO circumstance Vapeland is to be held responsible for an item either being withheld, confiscated or destroyed in your country’s customs. The returns of defective parts , replacement and task, burden our company if they are within the period of warranty.
Returns without a receipt the invoice will not be accepted.

Parts that are in poor condition ( beaten , mangled , etc. ) will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.
